CellChek is software for phones that is designed to help protect your child from cell phone dangers such as text bullying, grooming by adults, access to chat rooms and access to inappropriate material online.

CellChek software is installed on your childs phone and is controlled from your parent website account. It can be used on a range of modern phones - so your child can still enjoy the latest features like ringtones, games, cameras, mp3 players while you enjoy peace of mind. However it can only be used on some models of phones - these are listed below.

CellChek can also be used in adult domestic harassment situations, where an adult is harassed by another adult. CellChek can help by preventing non-approved phone calls and text from being received on the phone, and keeping a record of those call and SMS texts that are prevented from reaching the user. A third party can get access to monitor these abusive texts if required.

To use CellChek you will require a phone that supports Symbian S60 2nd edition. Phones that support this are :

Nokia - Models N72, N70, N90, 3230, 6260, 6600, 6620, 6630, 6670, 6680, 6681, 6682, 7610
Panasonic - Models X800, X700
Samsung - Models SGH-Z600, SGH-D720, SGH-D730

Release on Symbian 3rd edition will happen at a later date

CellChek software has been developed and tested. However we are looking for a partner who is able to provide resources to help take the final steps to a release standard - for example, ensuring web based data is completely secure and carrying out some stress testing.
